Cycling Holidays in France, through the Lot Valley & Lot-et-Garonne
CADAY ROUGE is situated approximately mid-point on the Lot Valley National cycle route with Cahors and Figeac to the east and Aiguillon to the west.
We tour extensively in the heart of the ancient region of Quercy, “The Lot Valley”, which is now emerging as one of the hidden delights of South West France and is a joy to discover by bicycle.

Our tours are very flexible and each individual can cycle as long and as far as desired though remember you have to return to Caday Rouge for the evening!
SELF-GUIDED AND BESPOKE CYCLING TOURS
We offer self-guided and bespoke cycling tours in the Aquitaine and Midi-Pyrénées regions of France hosting the beautiful Lot, Dordogne, Vezere and Le Vers Rivers.

Over many centuries these rivers have carved their way spectacularly through the hard limestone rock creating spectacular steep wooded cliffs, caves and banks where beautiful historic villages are perched on. Truly amazing! These rivers are known to be some of the cleanest rivers in Europe so having a quick swim to cool off en-route is a unique experience.

CYCLING TOURS IN THE LOT-ET-GARONNE
Our cycling routes are aimed to suit all levels of competent and relatively fit cyclists who appreciate everything this wonderful area of France has to offer.
The terrain is moderately hilly with a surprise around every corner showing stunning scenery. We generally use quiet country roads and the national cycle or designated paths where possible.

Some of the daily routes are a one way cycle ride and you are returned in the support vehicle.

Our cycling holidays start and finish on the banks of the river Lot at Caday Rouge. We return daily after the days cycling and sightseeing unless otherwise specified in the tour itinerary.
